Thank you for shopping with FASL. We expect that you will be happy with our products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right!
Returns
At FASL, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase, if within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason*, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.
To submit a claim for damaged products: Take a picture of the damage and email it to customerservice@faslonline.com along with your order number and your preferred method of communication.
Approved claims: FASL will either refund the cost of the damaged product or send a replacement. Refunds will be made to the credit card that was used to place the initial order.
* Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages in any of our larger bulk sizes unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part. We cannot accept returns on opened bottles larger than 8 fl oz. We cannot accept returns on opened packages. We strongly encourage you to inspect these products carefully prior to opening or ordering our products in smaller sizes before ordering larger/bulk quantities.
